Yes. We offer free in-home consolation; we will take photos and measurements of your project. Then usually within a couple days send you a quote for your project.

What do you charge per hour?

We don’t charge by the hour or by the square foot. We typically quote everything by the job, and try to include all variables. Doing this gives our clients peace of mind that the job is getting done without overruns, and they are not going to get an astronomical bill at the end.

Do you require a deposit?

Usually, we require a deposit of 1/3 of the job price if the cost of materials is over $100.

Do I provide the materials necessary for my project, or does Evergreen Homes?

Short answer is, both. In some cases, it makes sense for our clients to purchase materials to their preference. Items such as plumbing faucets, lighting fixtures, tile, flooring, and paint have so many variables that you will need to pick out items that fit your aesthetic. Other items like lumber, drywall, wires or parts that won’t affect the décor will be purchased by Evergreen Homes and include in the quote.
